Switched README example to javascript #2

Hey,

I think it's better to use JS in Readmes and whatnot. Plenty of folks struggle to understand CS (even I had trouble following this example, and I've done a fair bit of CS in my time).

I also removed the unnecessary Meteor.startup block.
