I'm having problem listing hidden files. What could be the problem?
I ticked that box that you suggested ("Show hidden files") but i can't see any hidden files (in this case .htaccess files). Could it be a bug?
I'm using Atom 1.5.4 and remote-edit 1.8.24 on OS X El Capitan 10.11.2 (iMac) if that helps to resolve the problem.
Anything i can try to configure or test?

As you can see in attached screenshots, if I browse through FileZilla i see .htaccess but not with remote-ftp via Atom.
