Keyboard shortcut defaults #57

In windows, you cannot open folders using the standard ctrl-o, so you have to do shift-ctrl-o. remote-edit overwrites this keyboard shortcut, which is kind of a problem. I had to manually rewrite this command, but it would be nice if I didn't have to.
