This happens on the first change, even if the file is empty without any comment. Maybe i introduced the bug during porting to Python3 ?
It comes from one included library that contains some unicode characters like: ←→• , when removed, everything goes well;
This does not happen with compile mode because compile only throw every sass file to compile to libsass instead of watcher mode that need to parse sass file to inspect it;
