Settings validations #2

Add some settings validations:

Validate paths;
Validate required settings: SOURCES_PATH and TARGET_PATH;
~~Ensure source directory is not also setted in LIBRARY_PATHS~~ ?

_Ensure source directory is not also setted in LIBRARYPATHS can not be managed actually because post processing per value can not ensure SOURCES_PATH and LIBRARY_PATHS are both ready when invoked.

Would need an "end tasks" post process to apply them when every settings are ready.
