Set a Goal to ascend a Legendary Character #154

As a user owning a character with Legendary rarity, I want to Set a Goal to Ascend that Character to 4 / 5 red stars or 1 blue star, So that I can plan my Campaign Raids or Onslaught Battles.

Current App Behaviour

  1. Click "Set Goal" button
  2. Set Goal Type to Ascend
  3. Select a Character with Legendary Rarity
  4. The Target Rarity drop down contains "Legendary"
  5. The "Set" Button is greyed out.

Desired App Behaviour

  1. Click "Set Goal" button
  2. Set Goal Type to Ascend
  3. Select a Character with Legendary Rarity
  4. Select the target number of Stars from a drop down
  5. The "Set" button is usable
  6. The Goal is saved
