Help translating documentation of svelte-intl-precompile into Mandarin #56

Hi. First of all, apologies if it's not appropriate to ask this on this repo.

I'm the creator of svelte-intl-precompile, a i18n library for Svelte.js. It is important for i18n libraries to have good documentation and in several languages to be accesible to the people who need it the most. If any Chinese speakers like the library and wants to help making it more accessible to Chinese speakers, I'm looking for help translating the documentation page (https://svelte-intl-precompile.com) into several languages.
