Unify Svelte and SvelteKit Websites #545

Hi, I suggest that Svelte and SvelteKit sites to be combined into one site, so that the design to be consistent.

The design is consistent. Both are based off https://github.com/sveltejs/site-kit

If there's some specific things that's inconsistent we can address it by making sure it's a shared component available from that library
