Supports svelte v3? #22

Is the svelte-virtual-list supporting svelte v3?

I am passing props in, but the VirtualList seems to listen to data is this a known change between v2 and v3?

Related to #5 maybe ? But for svelte 3 as #5 was a svelte 2 fix ?
