We don't provide translated versions of the site on this repository, but you might want to contact @AlexxNB as they're maintaining the Russian translation here https://github.com/AlexxNB/svelte3-translation-ru: they might give you some advice on how to start an equivalent project for the Spanish language. Thanks!
