How to sync server side attributes to client UI

There are values that have their own computation or hard coded values in the client side. Some, but not limited to, are the following:

• [ ] Chaos Machine chance %
• [ ] Map level requirements
• [ ] Item stats requirements
• [ ] Char stats computations

How should we start addressing this discrepancy? Should we define more extended packets?
