(1.16.4) Suggestion: Add dispenser support to Runic Altar #101

It would bring it more in-line with the vanilla Respawn Anchor, and more importantly, allow for automated refills. Currently, the chorus flower just comes flying out of the block if fired in to it with a dispenser. 2020-12-21_08 08 13
