Stone circles consistently spawn in water

I'm giving strange a shot, and I've found a small bug in the 1.21 Fabric version of the mod.

I feel like that's probably not a bug, just bad luck. Only 3 examples isn't much. Try making some new worlds and /locate-ing the structures (If possible) to get a better sample size.

Fair point. After generating a new world, I still found a bunch underwater, but a few on land as well.

Regardless, I'd consider them being underwater a bug... unless someone decided to give it a tuxedo and call it a feature?
