Travel Journal teleportation does not consume Totem of Returning #74

Tested with only Strange and its dependencies, in survival mode. Totem of returning is not consumed when using Travel Journal.

This is scheduled for beta 6 - hopefully will have a fast turnaround on deployment to CF :) Thanks for report.
