Some Loot Tables Don't Function, Specifically Buried Treasure #91

Describe the bug (required) In every world finding several treasure chest empty of all loot. Specifically, buried treasure and mineshaft carts have been empty one hundred percent of the time.

Versions (required)

Additional context (optional) No changes to the config. It has been constant across multiple instances and versions of Strange and its dependencies. A message in the log seems to show Strange preventing the loot tables from functioning. I have tried force loading the loot tables into empty chests with commands and they were still was empty (working loot tables did fill chests). I have little experience writing bug reports and play SSP with a large pack on 1.15 (over 300 mods), so I hope the problem can be fixed, but understand if the information provided makes it difficult to track down.

Enigmatic Legacy adds a creative item to force load all loot tables into chests (One at a time). I haven't tested only the required mods, but will next time I get the chance.
