Route table, security group is correct but can't access to the HTTP port on amazon linux 2 in private subnet

One key issue is that the data source for the public subnet in env_infrastructure/infra_data.tf is using a private subnet data

Another possible issue is the ansible playbook for the backend AMI is wrong
