Improve Usability by adding a config file #5

Usability could be improved by adding a loadable config file in which its possible to predefine which tweaks I actually want. While reinstalling multiple windows on multiple computers it's kinda annoying to always go through the whole list and select the "slaps" that I want every time. Just doing that once and then saving the config in a file would be very helpfull.

I would also find this especially useful for deployment scenarios. Ideally, invoking winslap from the command line with a switch to read the desired slaps and run in UI-less mode. Filename could be hardcoded, if that helps.

Great tool, btw.

great tool. Import/export ability would be a great improvement when using this tool.

I love this tool, but a config-import/export tool would make it a thousand times more useful in deploying scenarios!
