I tried inserting pins into my C128 keyboard connector but the receptacle pins are a little loose and after trying several times I could not get them all straight enough to insert fully. So I switched to doing one row which worked, but getting the second row in has been really difficult.
I rummaged through some old stuff to dig out my Keyrah (circa 2010). It does have a C128 header on it so not sure where they sourced theirs from.
So not so much an issue, but yeah, the C128 header is a PITA hehe.
Johan Grip told me, that cutting up a PCB type male DSUB-25 and soldering in upside down. He has made this C128 replica board. I have not tried it out, yet.
