Fix usage of some namelists and the associated documentation

Changes

• Fix the documentation deployment - it should only happen for your (@svenreiche) repository on the master branch or a tagged release
• Fixed some usage methods which had either incorrect namelist names or parameter information
• Added missing parameters from browsing the source code to the namelists
• Added missing namelists found from the source code into an "unsupported namelists" section in the manual
  • There are a bunch of "TODOs" there as I'm not knowledgeable enough to fill them in myself.
  • If you agree that they could go in the manual, feel free to either suggest fixes in this PR (or however you prefer)
