Describe the bug If one use the feature &profile_file but define an dataset which is not a 1D dataset, the code will crash.

To Reproduce Generate a HDF5 file with a 2D dataset Import in the main input file as a profile

Expected behavior At least give error message and exit nicely

Additional context Add any other context about the problem here.
