I also moved the installation section closer to the top to make it more accessible - but I can revert that separate commit if you're not happy with those changes.
The Gentoo package link may still not be available for a few days until the package website updates. It is however in the tree as of now and can be seen here: https://gitweb.gentoo.org/repo/gentoo.git/tree/x11-misc/rofi-calc
