therubyracer version fix #18

Old version won't compile on mac.

Thanks for your pull request - unfortunately, I cannot merge this as it does break things on Linux. Basic features would work, but more complex cases will lead to errors. Depending on a specific library version is not nice, but currently this is the only way to ensure that everything works on the major Linux distributions - and Linux is currently the only supported OS for JSDetox.
