Provide a changelog for releases #35

Please provide a changelog for sift releases - I did hesitate if I should update sift because I did not know what has changed between releases.

I currently do not maintain a special changelog file, but I try to use descriptive commit messages and reference issues where possible, so I hope the commit history is useful: https://github.com/svent/sift/commits/master
