Choose archive charset on export (Feature Request #5096) #22

The archive charset used when 
exporting/downloading files are specified on a global 
level in the XML config files.

This should be changed so that the user can choose 
the charset when clicking "Download as Zip" (like 
GMail has for downloading of attachments).

The charset needs to be specified as the Zip 
specification does not cover this (like JARs that uses 
UTF-8).
