BUG: autopages only seeks layout file in _layouts folder regardless of what's specified in layouts_dir

In order to keep my jekyll site folder not bloated, i organize them in folders, now that my **layouts_dir** variable in _config.yml has changed location, autopages are not picking it up, moreover even as i try to resolve path, it dosen't do right it'd be good if it can recognize **layouts_dir** but even if it can't please provide a way to overload laouts_dir for autopages
