Polishing render output #179

arrow heads of methods now get properly closed
in boxes texts don't get an extra background anymore
separate code for rendering text on arcs, 'lifeline-like' and text in boxes
Fixes for text overlapping arcs:
- For non- self referencing single line arcs, labels will not overlap the lines for 1,2 and even numbered amounts of lines
- For self referencing arcs the label/ line overlap is not there anymore for 1 line labels and strongly reduced for 2 line labels. For more overlap is inevitable.
- For double line arcs labels only partly occluded part of the arc.
