split cli, core and ui #224

To enable splitting off core and cli functionality:

moves parse and render (including tests) into a separate package (mscgenjs-core. This probably fixes - partly - #213.
while we're at it: moves cli (including tests) into a separate package as well (mscgenjs-cli)
refactors the remaining code to use mscgenjs-core
