moves the samples file names embedded in the html to an external config #230

also makes sure that when it's not possible to use ajax (e.g. when using the file:// protocol) the interpreter doesn't show the sample list
as dynamically showing individual doesn't depend on individual browser's interpretation of what to do with styling options, options to be shown in debug mode only now are respected on all browsers
