Presenter wizard does not appear #407

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Select "Presenter" from the GWTP plugin toolbar dropdown menu

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
See the wizard dialog.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows 7 64bit
Eclipse Indigo (3.7) SR1
GWTP 0.6.1.201109181204
Google Plugin for Eclipse 3.7   2.5.2.v201202290255-rel-r37

Please provide any additional information below.
This bug affects the Eclipse plugin.

I found a workaround. A but buggy, but it seems to work:

1. Right-click the folder where you want the generated code to be placed.
2. Select New... -> Other...
3. Search for "Presenter"
4. Double-click "Presenter". Hitting "Next" does NOT work! Sometime an error 
dialog appears. Try again.
5. The next step in the wizard appears empty. Resize the wizard window. The 
controls appear.
6. Fill out the form and click "Finish".
Voilà!
