Integration of Code Templates #431

It would be great if the plugin could support the code templates that you have 
loaded in Eclipse. On our development team we have very strict style rules of 
how the classes/interfaces must be formatted with comments and sections and 
such. Because of the MVP strategies and the amount of code generation done, 
it's difficult to keep up with copy/paste of the templates.

I've attached my codetemplate.xml for Eclipse to demonstrate what we're using.

You mean that you want the plugin to accept code templates, right?

Configurable templates of some kind would be awesome. Even just using the 
Eclipse Templates that I've loaded in for new class construction would really 
make everything a little easier.

I've attached a sample Presenter/View to show where I put everything, although 
I'm sure others will have a flavor all their own.

If it could someone use the loaded Eclipse templates, I think that'd be 
fantastic.
