Hi Sven, here's a pull request with the main changes to get the ws_flexslider extension running with TYPO3 V10.3

• migrated @inject annotations in controller
• migrated @validate annotations in model
• migrated viewhelper to fluid
• adjusted select fields in flexform configuration (added renderType)
• migrated extbase persistence mapping of class and tableName from TS to Configuration/Extbase/
• fixed TCA for default fields: endtime, starttime, hidden

Perhaps you can find some time to check it and then merge it all together.
