NPM and Yarn repository are stuck on v2.7.1 #1254

The npm and yarn repository have v2.7.1 listed as the newest version, which is 3 years old.

Since they are the first two options for installing in the Readme, I think they should strive to be somewhat close to the current release on Github, since many people do not check Github for manual updates.
