samples.zip file not found #70

Upon running the following line from README.md, I'm getting ERROR 404. wget -O outputs/checkpoints.zip https://1drv.ws/u/s!AjjUqiJZsj8whLNyoEh67Uu0LlxquA?e=dkOnhQ

Sometimes the direct link(ws version) will be disabled(but not frequently), maybe it is caused by the server of this direct link service supporter.

it might be because the exclamation mark. try it this way: wget -O outputs/checkpoints.zip "https://1drv.ws/u/s!AjjUqiJZsj8whLNyoEh67Uu0LlxquA?e=dkOnhQ"
