Those are not errors - the attributes are optional and removing them causes no detrimental behaviour in any browser in use.
That is HTML4, which has been obsolete for years. HTML5 does not require those attributes, and I will not be adding them to the plugin core, sorry.
Obsolete or not, but Q2A uses HTML 4.01 doctype. HTML5 is still not a standard.
Just because Q2A uses outdated standards doesn't mean you have to as well. HTML5 is a Candidate Recommendation and had been supported by browsers for years. Stop worrying about what your validator tells you and worry about what works in all browsers. Thanks.
