Update CMakeLists.txt located on the extern directory #111

Updated url for zlib, the zlib.h file and this file have conflicting version info that causes a bug that hinders the build on Windows useless. It only works if you build the release version of Doom64EX on windows using cmake and Visual Studio 2019. No other platform is affected by this odd bug.

Actually, with the way the cmake file is, the build fails all together
