Add plots for degrees of freedom (PCA, SIMCA) #72

Add plots showing dependence of degrees of freedom used to estimate parameters of distribution of h and q distances vs. number of components. Should work only if data driven approach is used to create a model.

Implementation status:

[x] plotQDoF() (for orthogonal distance)
[x] plotT2DoF() (for score distance)
[x] plotDoF() (for both as double y plot)
