[REGEX_HISTORY] Regex usage statistics is not saved to the file when changing the regex patterns file #210

The regex history is saved to the file only when dlt-viewer is closed. That is not enough. There is one more use-case - switching between the patterns storage files. The regex usage history should be stored in the file to avoid losing it.
