[ISSUE #32] [CONSOLE_VIEW] Add "clear" short-cut and context menu "console view"

Change description:

• Addition of console view
• Creation of custom context menu for console view
• Support of short-cut in console view
• Fix of warning with "not all branches of code do return value" inside CTreeItem
• Fix of wrong header guard in console controller

• Minor adjustment of readme
