Change description:

Addition of the code of conduct section
Addition of the contributing section
Addition of the issue templates
Addition of the PR template
Addition of usage of the test gtest framework
Addition of the automated builds for Linux & Windows with unit-tests

Verification criteria:

Manually tested on Windows
All sanity checks on the Git hub were passed
