[ISSUE #1][GENERAL] Prepare repository for work

Change description:

Minor update of README
Minor update of PR template
Enable execution of unit tests in the project's CMakeLists.txt
Fix of errors in the declarations of the automation builds

Verification criteria:

Manually tested on Windows
All sanity checks on the Git hub were passed
