This is our baseline. We will investigate different options to extend this work.
1- Adding more data modality to the current pipeline which only uses sequence information. We can add 3D structure, annotations, and nucleotide sequences or similar.
2- Applying the model to tasks such as cancer, binding affinity, or thermostability.
