Add relational database capacity #3

If the data are supposed to be for learning and teaching, what I offer is kind of limited. Certainly, it could be expanded. Relational databases offer one path forward for learning/teaching. See the starwarsdb for more. https://github.com/gadenbuie/starwarsdb

It's been almost three years, and a lot has happened since I opened this issue (i.e. wife got cancer, we moved to Sweden, all that). I haven't forgotten about this and this is an itch I've been wanting to scratch for a while now.

You can check the data-raw/ directory for some continued development. If any of this interests you, feel free to reach out.
