In google script jquery mobile design doesn't render the design? #1924

Google script doesn't show jquery layouts. 
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Which makes the html look without any  design.
2.It doesn't apply any designs to the page. 
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

It should look nice for jquery mobile design. 
Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
