Story

As an Information Seeker,
I want the chatbot to be accessible on popular Instant Messaging platforms like Telegram and WhatsApp,
So that I can interact with it using platforms I'm familiar with.
Acceptance criteria:
- The chatbot must be deployable on:
- [ ] Telegram,
- [ ] WhatsApp.
[ ] The chatbot should operate the same way on both platforms, providing an equivalent user experience.
