Set of data classification labels has to be defined to be used in session flows, and in data retrievals. List can be drafted from https://refugies.info , and extended using https://qx1.org .

[ ] Define classification categories (location/theme/need/document type,etc.)
[ ] Prepare datasets of representative data to identify embeddings
