Missing items

Hi Sasha, There are a number of items missing from your submissions:

• no text file listing where each item is found (the paths to each assignment item)
• no group project items showing the analyses on the genome (revcomp, GC%, aa prediction)
• no text file indicating how to transfer files to/from Discovery
• no notes (from "Good practices" item)

Thank you for bringing this to my attention!

I fixed all missing points, however I'm not sure I understand your third bullet point about the group project items. I believe all the analyses of our genome and directions can be found on GitHub in the Ambystoma-Shared repo. I also included all of the text files on my personal discovery cluster under "mini project" for the genomes revcomp, GC% and aa prediction. Please let me know if you still aren't able to see it.
