Magnetic bearing #10

Check magnetic bearing. On official charts, QFU (i.e. magnetic RWY direction) is 223°. Perhaps magnetic variation is applied incorrectly?

Indeed, the calculation seems to be the wrong way around the wind rose.

It's a little confusing:

When looking towards the geographic (aka: true) north, a positive declination represents the magnetic north is to the right (aka: east) by this angle.

As for bearings:

To convert a magnetic bearing to the corresponding geographic (aka: true) bearing, the declination has to be added.

For LFMN, this means that the geographic bearing 225 is equivalent to the magnetic bearing 223 (as reads the AD-2) and therefore the the OFMX importer is doing this calculation the wrong way around.
