Navaids missing #12

Not all navaids are shown. E.g. below, CGS VOR-DME seems missing.
(Official charts show helicopter waypoints in different colour. OFM shows them all in same formatting. This is not a big deal, but perhaps good to know for you.)

Two issues here, one of which is UPSTREAM.

The reporting point WA differs. OFM paints it inland while the VAC shows it offshore. The coordinates in the very same VAC translate to the following:

Apparently, either the VAC map or the coordinates listed in the VAC are wrong.

The second one is the missing VOR-DME CGS.

Currently, only en-route navaids are parsed from the eAIP, this VOR is an AD navaid and therefore not listed on ENR-4.1.

To fix this, section 2.19 of all AD-2 has to be parsed as well – at least those relevant for VFR:
