Implement Forecast Data EDR API

Expose endpoints so that the svopper/weatherboard can get its forecast from DMI.

Required data points

• Temperature each hour for the next 24 hours at 2m heigh
• UV index each hour for the next 24 hours
• Conditions (sunny, cloud, rainy) for every other hour for the next 6 hours (4 data points)
  • Include wind direction and speed
  • Include temperature
• Sunrise today
• Sunset today
• Min and max temperature tomorrow
• Min and max temperature day after tomorrow
