Add styling for fidget.nvim #12

For some reason the background of the text is only set correctly if you use the background_set=true option, even if you manually set the background in the highlights provided. I left them out b/c they don't seem to help.

oh, i turned on the stylua and those seem to be the defaults.. hmm
